MISSION

We aim to educate people about the interconnectedness of the mind & body while challenging the stereotypes and stigmas that can surround mental health issues and/or treatment. We want to give you the help you need to live a happy, healthy life.


OUR GOAL

Our goal is to bring clients to a deeper understanding of how their behaviors and decisions impact their experiences. With this awareness, we can facilitate meaningful changes in their lives and relationships. We believe a multidisciplinary approach to care is the most effective, and we promote collaboration with individuals and other stakeholders involved in their care.

We integrate components of many evidence-based treatments and approaches, including but not limited to:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Cbt)

Trauma Focused COgnitive behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

Dialectical Behavior THERAPY (Dbt)

emotionally focused therapy (eft)

ACCEPTANCE and COMMITMENT therapy (Act)

Family Systems/MULTI-SYSTEMIC Approaches

Mindfulness

We also use other approaches such as physical fitness (boxing) and creative arts for an approach to care that is dynamic and adapted to the unique strengths of each individual or group.

OUR PRACTICE

We are a welcoming, creative, progressive space to help treat you and your symptoms on a holistic level. The goal of these counseling and wellness services is to progress with therapy by using new and relevant interventions and techniques to help you navigate through your life. It is no secret that movement is a crucial part of maintaining one’s mental health. After working with individuals and groups for over a decade, it has become increasingly evident that there is an ongoing need to meet clients where they are.
