Since opening her private practice, she has worked with those aged 14 and older. She enjoys staying active through different forms of exercise as movement can be crucial to mental well-being. She strives to serve others by creating a “brave space” for clients to work through life's difficulties. She loves meeting new people and traveling as it gives insight into an alternative lens. She believes that the most powerful part of any relationship is in the human connection. In therapy, it is in this connection that the creative and dynamic process of change can begin.
